Twin News

Well it's a Boy and a Girl:) Very Excited and to hard to believe I never thought I would twin grandbabies and then be a boy and a girl. Our first granddaughter will arrive in May we can hardly wait. The twin are due in August, I think this is going to be a very busy year for me, but it will be so fun and exciting.

Time Where Does it Go

Boy does time fly! Hard to believe it is already the middle of February. We have been very busy at the shop remodeling, but were almost done. We just finished the Hemet Quilt Show which is always fun, seeing so many familiar faces and meeting new ones. Now it is time to start getting ready for The Spring Fling. Once again we will be doing a small shop hop in March, this is always a great day to get together with friends and check out your local shops. Each shop is giving a fat quarter for particpating hoppers from Nancy Halverson's Spring line. Watch for details on The Spring Fling.

My first grandbaby will be here in May, which we are very excited, and the twins are due in August. It is hard to believe we will 3 new grandbabies. Hopefully this week we will find out what the twins are (if they cooperate, if they are like my son they won't) As soon as we know I will be sure to let all of you know.

Road to California

Hard to believe that Road to California is here next week. We have been very busy getting ready for Road. Once again I think we have some amazing quilts. Just when you think the sisters can't out do what they did, THEY DO. The sisters have done a wonderful job in helping me get ready for this show, along with all the rest of the shop employees. The Calico Horse is extremely lucky to have so many wonderful people working there.
